This is the official Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) Mobile application developed by the Department of Home Affairs.
The app provides a convenient way for you to enter all the necessary information to lodge a TRS claim. Once entered, you can save and edit your claim on your mobile device, ensuring flexibility for multiple sessions.
Upon completion, your information will be securely stored as a QR code on your device. This QR code serves as your unique TRS claim code, which must be presented to a designated officer at the TRS counter when you depart from Australia.
By utilizing this user-friendly app to successfully input your claim details, you can expect expedited processing at the TRS counter upon departure. In fact, it may even grant you access to a dedicated queue specifically for lodging your TRS claim.
